Ms Shalini Kapoor stands at the intersection of art, education, and entrepreneurship, passionately leading the Little Artists Art Studio group of companies in Singapore. As a visionary founder and director since 1997, Shalini’s journey in the art world is a testament to her dedication to nurturing creativity and excellence in young artists. Trained in design and arts in India, her 20-plus years of professional experience encompass a broad spectrum of roles, from educator to art therapist, innovator to mentor.
Professional Journey:
In establishing Little Artists, Shalini united her twin passions: art and teaching. She is the driving force behind the studio’s curriculum, ensuring each program not only fosters creativity but also supports the holistic development of its students.
Her expertise extends beyond traditional art education. Between 1997 and 2000, Shalini served as a consulting art therapist for the Singapore Association of Mental Health and the Schizophrenia Research Foundation (SCARF) in India. Her dedicated work in art therapy has earned her multiple accolades, recognising her contribution to mental health and well-being through art.
Philanthropy and Outreach:
A staunch advocate for social contribution, Shalini actively engages in workshops for non-profit organizations, offering support to the underprivileged. Her commitment to community service is reflected in her efforts to make art accessible to all, fostering a more inclusive and empathetic society.

Shalini’s entrepreneurial spirit led to the founding of three additional fine arts institutions: Art Karma Pte Ltd (2010), Artrageous Pte Ltd (2015), and Artfolio Global Pte Ltd (2017).
